[LGM] pre and post tours

Ok, I'm asking for it. :)  I'll need whatever contact information is
available in order to coordinate with everyone.

Also, would it make sense for me to write a post with these details as
well?  I could use a hand identifying a good place for the photowalk
participants to meet that would allow us a little bit of time to introduce
ourselves and chat a bit before heading out.  Are there any facilities
available to us for a short time in the mid-morning to meet and greet?
 (Perhaps an available classroom or any room/space?
