Hi everyone,

In the spirit of having multiple proposals to choose from, attached is a
proposal for LGM Toronto 2015. Two things to note particularly: First,
the local organizing committee is unforgivably sparse right now. I'm in
the process of reaching out to others, but look forward to suggestions
and comments from everyone here.

The second thing to note is that all prices referred to in the document
are in Canadian dollars. At the moment, 1 CAD = 0.66 EUR, or 0.90 USD.
