[LGM] "Error establishing a database connection" on LGM sites

hi

got home and checked the problem.

the database seems to be not responding.

the server might simply need a restart, but i have not enough rights to
do it.

we have to wait for peter linnell to show up. it's probably very early
in the morning at his place.

let's hope we can fix this very fast!
