I don't think it is being used as a source. It's being used as further
context. Which is exactly what an encyclopedia is for, no matter who's
written it.

Thus this link is appropriate.

Having that extra visa link would be useful though. Linked perhaps via a
specific anchor like "won't need a visa" or "More information about
visas" etc.
