[LGM] Website program page bugs

Hi

1. I wonder if an 'expand all / collapse all' link could be added to the
top of http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2015/program/ so I can read the
whole thing without picking at each item :)

2. The bio lines have got -s instead of spaces, eg

pathum-egodawatta-is-a-graphic-designer-based-in-colombo-sri-lanka-who-graduated-from-the-academy-of-design-colombo-with-a-1st-class-ba-graphic-design-degree-in-2013-topping-the-batch-he-currentl


3. When I click the details + links, the URL becomes eg
http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2015/program/##kelvin-ma-creating-textbook-grade-svg-illustrations-for-wikipedia
- is it correct to have two # ?
