[LGM] 2016 Website

I've been busy with other things and haven't had time to check, but I
needed to make reference to others about 2016 in London.

Checking the website at the moment still shows 2015, with nary a mention of
the upcoming LGM.  I think that it should (I think it should as soon as the
previous year is over, to be honest).  Could we get at least a holding page
up with the details that have already been decided prominently displayed?
