[LGM] Registration form

[ginger coons]

The registration form is now (informally) up. Later this week (after a 
meeting of the content team to discuss a draft of the schedule), a more 
formal announcement (and press release) will go out promoting the event, 
a couple highlighted projects, the fact that registration is open, and 
that there's a pledgie campaign going.
