[LGM] Disseminating the latest LGM announcement

Hi everyone,

Thanks to the efforts of the content team (and the additional CSS 
wizardry of Loraine Furter), the program is online (yay!). This means 
that the communication team is getting started on pushing out an 
announcement that covers the publication of the program, registration 
and contributing to the pledgie.

If you're interested in assisting the comms team in its efforts, an 
announcement/press release is available at

work on this!). Any suggestions on where to send it (add them to the 
pad, if you'd be so kind) are appreciated, as are any efforts to 
disseminate it further within other communities.
