Yes, good question about the q+a:

Some video's are followed by Q+A, others are not.
The reason is that there was no microphone in the room,
so the audio of the questions was not recorded. And in a lot of cases, 
the answer alone was isolated and hard to place - when this was the 
case, I stopped the recording.
For next year, that is definitely a point to improve.

The video's were recorded on 1280 x 720 , 4mb/s in mp4, -> same size as 
the ogv's that are online. They are mostly unedited.
So there is not more material then what you find on the video page.
I have the video's in (only a slightly) better mp4 quality.

If you are interested in the mp4 of a specific video let me know
off-list + I'll upload it.
