[LGM] ATTN ALL: Call for 2018 venue...

Hi!
Are there some guidelines to drafting a formal proposal? (It might
suffice with an example of previous years, I can copycat the structure
and epigraphs.) What do you mean by timeframe in this context, some
deadline?
