[LGM] ATTN ALL: Call for 2018 venue...

Despite the low attendance in Rio this year, the room would be able to fit
~80 seated persons - but we had arrangements to stream the lectures to
nearby classrooms had we got past those attendances. Far from ideal - but
if one place has all the other elements we need: space for the BOFs and
workshops, and such the initial main room size might not be a deal breaker.
Having a "b" plan in mind just in case we have a lot of people interested
in attending would not hurt, of course - but I don't think like all LGM's
should need to be restricted by the size of the one edition with the
largest number of attendees.
