a few days ago joao proposed a date and time for an irc meeting:

since nobody has said yes nor no, but a few people discussed today on
irc if there will be a meeting, those who can be there are kindly
invited to show up this evening CET.

we can then discuss about how to fix a meeting for next week. and how to
setup the decision process.

if the guys from the proposed venues are around, we can have a chat with
them, too!
