[LGM] irc meeting "tonight" 21:00 CET(S)

Hi all!
I haven't had a chance to make the meetings, but I have been reading houz's
logs. :)
I just took a quick pass at the Call for Participation, and hope my edits
are ok. If I can do more, please let me know.
