[LGM] LGM Committees and Point People

[Nathan Willis]

An infrastructure question: I don't want to set up additional mailing
lists, but could we create a few aliases for these committees?

It might be helpful for outside contact, not to mention
trying-to-remember-who-to-email-about-subject-X....
