When's the next irc meeting and who will take the actions decided in this
meeting to request clarifications and confirm acceptances? I'm happy to
volunteer to do that if no one else is expecting to :)
in earlier years, the spreadsheet was distributed among the program
committe from the database holder(s) according to acceptance timelines, and
notes were made separately, then collected, rather than forcing a large
group of people through a synchronous life/death vote
Well yes but right now we are behind schedule so a synchronous meeting
today got a task completed and I'm grateful for that :)
At the start of the meeting the current year's process was proposed in an
etherpad and agreed on by the people there, but if a prior process was
available I expect it would have been used :)
Are the previous year's processes written down somewhere?
