You seem to have missed a day, on the website (and even on the programs
footer) the dates are 26th till the 30th. Based on this info, Massimo and
I, scheduled our arrival on the evening of the 29th, expecting to present
our Workshop or BoF on the 30th.

Nara will be arriving at 6AM on the 26th, so if you could reschedule her
talk for the afternoon of the 27th or on the 28th. Also if you could change
her proposal to be:

Nara Oliveira (BR)
Estúdio Gunga - 10 years of design with Libre Graphics
