Suggsstion: in order to make this actually constructive, compile a list of countries and/or regions which would be considered strict No-Go and list the reasons why.

And do not be surprised if countries you never expected to be on that list get suggested and rank pretty high.
That alone will likely become one of the largest discussion this list has ever seen.
