[LGM] LGM 2020 in Riyadh

Dave has provided me specific examples off list of the dangers of
associating the organization with criticism of particular regimes, and I
now agree that we need to be careful to avoid incurring their wrath.
That said, danger of retribution against participants is a separate issue
from the mission of the present code of conduct. Can we all agree that its
intent is not to protect government leaders from satire and criticism?
