[LGM] Participate in LGM 2019

Hello,

I am Mahesh, I am a contributor at KDE, I am GSoC 2018 student. I had been
working with Peruse. I have been to Akademy 2018.

I would like to participate in LGM 2019 as it would be an opportunity to
meet new developers from different countries.

I would like to have travel support as I am a student.
