[LGM] LGM 2019 Selection Process

Dear all,

we just finished going through the 65+ submissions, will now get in
touch with those whose submissions left us (program committee and some
local team members) with questions, and put together a schedule.

This will take a few days. We did promise to contact contributors
today and will try to do so with a first email; however, as of now, we
can say nothing about travel reimbursement options, this is still in
the works.
