[LGM] LGM 2019 - Funding

That image itself looks good in itself; for the homepage (and adding it to
the programme pages) I suggest making the footer area background white, as
it seems a little out of place against the dark background.

I also suggest adding a HTML map (https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_map.asp),
to link each logo to its respective link destination, as in the bullet list
under the image on the sponsorship page :)
