We were talking about the same thing: I was also talking about the
button at the bottom of the page, which is to register participants,
that is people coming to "assist at the conference and workshop".

I guess the part "Please, help us organize, and let us some indication
from you" could be better phrased, maybe something like "Please register
and provide those informations to help us know who is coming".
