[LGM] Cancel LGM please

Holding the event may turn out to be impossible, but it may turn out to be
okay. Cancelling, on the other hand, is certain to waste tremendous efforts
on the part of the local organizers, who have been working on this for a
very long time. It costs us basically nothing to wait until we actually
know what's going on. The world changed rather abruptly a few weeks ago,
and that may not be the last time.

There's certainly no cause for panic. If somebody desires not to go, he can
simply skip this year's event. And if the world is still locked down a
month and a half from now, which I personally consider to be highly
unlikely, we can indeed cancel the event. Until then, I suggest that we be
patient and keep our options open to the extent that the local organizers
are willing to do the same.
