[LGM] talk proposals...

Hi,

Here is the status of the proposals we received for this year:

We got a total of 21 proposals: 7 talk, 8 lightning talk and 6 demo.

After reviewing them we want to accept them all. It should be easy to
fit everything inside the program.

We might also get a last minute proposal from Jehan and Aryeom and/or
GIMP team, which we can also add to the program easily if it happens.

So if it's ok we would like to skip the "selection meeting", as it
doesn't seem really needed; it will make the process easier and save
some time for everyone. This way we can already start working on the
program planning and double-check with speakers that the proposed slot
is ok for them.
