[LGM] Call for proposals 2024-Rennes

Hello everyone,

It’s time to go ahead and make things happen.

LGM2024 will take place in Rennes. Exact location will be defined later
according to space need. We’ll try to keep expenses as low as possible
to refund as much as we can.

Libre Graphics Software users and developers can promote the work they
have done by giving a full conference or a lightning talk.
We are pleased to provide this ODT document as a simplified but common
process. It will be available on the website asap. 
Once your proposal is selected, you’ll be kept informed, and it will be
published in the official program pages of LGM website.
