sorry for my late reply.

sadly, there is nothing i can do for this issue.

we have not used much the site so, probably, nobody noticed the other
breakages tuxfamily has had in the last two years (i've seen in the logs
that they have happened, but up to now never had directly had an issue
reaching the site, when i needed it... so i was not too worried).

but looking at the big picture, it's indeed becoming a bit worrying:
they have had several issues and it takes very long to get them fixed.
sadly, i think that they have very few active volunteers still around.

if activ design wants and can host the site in the long term, i'm fine
with moving the website to your servers.
in the short term we can then re-publish there the current site and,
later, when tuxfamily resumes the activity, i can move all the other
ones.
(we have everything on github, but it's easier to move from server to
server).

you will need to get in touch with louis to get him to redirect the
site to your server!

and, as far as i know, tuxfamily is only hosting our website and no
other services.
