I'm think it would be good to publish the Call For Participation ASAP,
like today or at least this week.

For the text of the CFP, I would just update the Saarbruecken version
from https://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2019/call-for-participation/index.html
, if there are no reasons against this.

To get started, I'd really appreciate access to change the website.
Either I could be hosting the page and the DNS could point to my server
or I get access to the current server. I'd be using GitHub actions with
Elevnty to create a git based automated workflow with a static website.
I'm open for alternative suggestions. Can anyone help me to connect to
the person who is in charge of the website?

Also, I'd really appreciate support from the members of this list to
get the CFP spread!
