[LGM] Proposal for LibreGraphicsMeeting 2024

Hi local LGM organizers,

The GIMP team is looking for accommodations (1 or 2 flats for about 10 
people probably, though exact numbers to be determined). We wanted to 
know if you had suggestions or well known contacts for such things.

Normally we just organize this on our own, but someone was mentioning 
that at some previous LGM, organizers were surprised by what we paid and 
said that we should have contacted the locals first. So here it is.
