I have not full confirmation of the place since I just started discussing (I started after coming back from LGM at Rio, since this is where I discussed the idea first) and my contact asked me to get in touch again later. I also have contacts with various other universities which (I'm sure) will be interested in case this first venue comes to be not possible.
