Don't consider me as strong a proposal as others yet. I have not full<br>
confirmation of the place since I just started discussing (I started<br>
after coming back from LGM at Rio, since this is where I discussed the<br>
idea first) and my contact asked me to get in touch again later.<br>
Though indeed the contact was very interested and this is a place<br>
which regularly hosts FLOSS events (hence chances are high).<br>
<br>
I also have contacts with various other universities which (I'm sure)<br>
will be interested in case this first venue comes to be not possible.<br>
Yet nothing is set in stone at this point.<br>

I have always said for 2019 or later, not before. I don't even want to<br>
search for 2018 because it is too close now and don't want to rush<br>
things. My stance won't change there, so Paris is *not* for 2018.<br>
