This would be a time for people who think that they could host some sort of meeting, not necessarily a top-notch, blockbuster type, to say so. I could host such an event in Saint Louis and probably even get a letter from the governor to help folks get through immigration, but hosting in America still isn't ideal.</div><div> </div><div>Given the urgency of resolving this issue, I propose that we defer the 2019 and 2020 decisions for a month or two.
