Hi,

I send you the proposal. We have two posibilities:

- Live edit with OBS- Open Broadcaster Software by edirol video
mixer or directly by USB3 in the program.

- Non-linear edition during and after the meeting (Blender,
audacity/ardour)

Both share the same set design with 3 cameras (fixed at screen,
human operated fo speaker person' close shot (probably some of
them talk and walk around the scenary) and audience, and general
fixed shot.

Audio will in two channels: an ambient micro for sound speakers
and directly for the master sound mixer of the place.

Other questions We talked is a final video resume with shots of
the workshops.

I'm waiting for the dimensions and design of the space
(university and tramallol) to close some details (wires we need:
electricity, sound, video... and size of them)

The most important now for us is to know if is posible have all
the material (cameras, sd cards and hard disks overall). To purchase, I think that lgm only need to purchase the NAS with HARD DISKS. Cameras, for example, I would search a place in sevilla to rent them. Let me see and talk with Maka and others in the sevilla team to know what they have and what not.

In the proposal there an optimus equipment of three persons and a minimun with two.

I'ĺl refresh with new information these days. The organizer from
Seville are researching place caracteristic and wich material they
have there.
