One thing I wanted to make sure that was understood about the 2021 site selection is that there was strong feeling that whoever is selected for LGM 2021 should become involved in the process of preparation for LGM 2020, so that they can learn as many details as possible about the requirements and challenges of hosting an LGM. Ideally, someone should attend LGM 2020 to become familiar with how LGM is organized and carried out, in particular the space and technical requirements.<br>
