This is Draw and Impress bug.
I test OOo OOo-dev300m85 Win32 with LanguageTool 1.1 and OOo3.3.0m3 Linux with
LanguageTool 1.1.

I try deinstall JRE and run OOo.
Writer and Calc work fine.
Draw and Impress display error "OOo requires JRE to perfom this task".
