As a first step, the next RC2 will not bundle LanguageTool and the MySQL
connector for Windows. That helps with some size problems as well as the l10n
issues.

Andras - changing the win32 installer UI just now is not going to be trivial,
though easy enough for the next version perhaps.

Olivier - simply removing the relevant directories, as Caolan suggests should
be trivial to do in a script right ? Can you test that ? if it works nicely,
then we can remove this as a blocker I think.
