Graphics previously been pasted into a document which had subsequently been
subject to successful repeated editing and saving, will spontaneously generate
an error message within most of the graphics boxes.

If the document is then saved and reloaded the graphics are completely absent.

This has happened a few times and may pre-date RC1.

The next time it happens I will capture the error.
