When the start center is closed, Math has a wrong translation in the file menu,
the mnemonic is visible. Instead of "Datei | Formel" it is "Datei | F~ormel".
Only visible when start center is closed and thus the reduced menu is visible.
Applies to RC2.

Maybe checking for Windows quickstarter entry makes sense, too.
