On <http://www.documentfoundation.org/contribution/> we should have a link to a
short introduction. <http://www.documentfoundation.org/contribution/> should be
improved, currently it shows very specific details, but hints for a newbe are
missing.

Link to Develop page on <http://www.documentfoundation.org/contribution/> is
not sufficient, no newcomer will expect beginner hints on a developer page.
