Put the following URL in a cell:
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/rates/nic.htm

Most of the text is not visible because the cell is not wide enough.
When there is nothing in the cell to the right, the text should spill over.
Resizing the column is not an option since the rest of the column is much
smaller and this is an anomaly.

If you don't want to implement this as a default, it should be implemented as
an option since this is what Excel users have come to expect as the behaviour.
