Summary: Paragraph borders do not print if document is created
                    outside LibO
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: LibO 3.4.0 release
          Platform: x86 (IA32)
        OS/Version: Windows (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
        AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: emartin at imacs.org

Create a document in some application other than LibO -- OpenOffice.org, say.
Create a paragraph style that applies top and bottom borders to the paragraph
text.
Enter text including a paragraph to which the bordered paragraph style is
applied.
Print the document and verify that the borders are printed.
Save the document.
Now open the document in LibO 3.4.0 and print, either to PDF or to a physical
printer. The borders do not print.
If you originate the document in LibO 3.4.0 using the same bordered paragraph
style, then printing from LibO DOES print the borders.
This is a regression. LibO 3.3.2 does NOT have this problem.
