Libreoffice currently bundles this file:

fdb27bfe2dbe2e7b57ae194d9bf36bab-SampleICC-1.3.2.tar.gz

there should be configure switch to pick system/bundled one as the latest
release is 1.6.4 so internal one is even getting slightly antique.

The package itself is just build dependency as it generates app for color
profiles that in return generates some headers.
