3.4.3 on Windows XP Pro SP3 (32bit), JRE 6u26

Fresh install of 3.4.3 - prior to install, removed old versions, cleaned
registry and removed old LibO profile in App Data.

Followed steps listed in bug report and cannot confirm the crash. BUT after
following the steps, LibO does pause for a good 5 - 8 seconds before the right
side of the language screen populates. After that first delay, going back to
the Languages option has no delay unless I close and re-open LibO - but even
then, it only takes about 2 secs.

While watching task manager, when you click on the Languages option,
soffice.bin jumps to 72% CPU utilization until the language screen is
populated.
