Memory management problems ? A stack trace would be nice, otherwise it will be
difficult to pinpoint where the problem lies :

- size of document to be merged (several pages, images, other objects inserted
??)
- just the sheer number of recipients ?
- something else ??

Additionally, please specify the version of LibreOffice being used. A sample
document with db would probably be helpful too, at least to try and reproduce
the behaviour.
