This request is not quite clear. LO finds and replaces local formatting.
Anyway, I recommend Alternative Find & Replace extension.

There are different requests for Find & Replace. I opened Bug 38261 - Better
Find&Replace with regular expressions, but it's Enhancement, and thus not a
priority.
