Steps how to reproduce with parallel  installation of  Master "LOdev
3.6.0alpha0+  – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [Build ID:
4495824-6299bf6-ec8645]" (tinderbox: Win-x86 at 6-fast pull time 2012-04-08
00:03:52):

1. Start LibO from WIN Programm Start Center
2. Menu 'Tools -> Options -> LOdev -> Paths'
   > Dialog opens
3. Select Path "My documents" (C:\Users\User\Documents)
4. <Edit>
5. Browse for some other folder like
   "C:\Users\Public\Documents"
6. <Select> <OK>
  > Dialog will be closed
7.  Menu 'Tools -> Options -> LOdev -> Paths'
    Expected: "My documents" = "C:\Users\User\Documents"
    Actual: back to "C:\Users\User\Documents"
