That's a normal way. to be sure that nothing has changed in between I tried the
link under "Great step !", worked 1x fine from Seamonkey, an attempt from FF
and second attempt from Seamonkey failed, Assistant page was not completed
because of "Bug 42121 - BUGZILLAASSISTANT: sometimes submission process does
not start, remains before Step 1". so more or less nothing unexpected.

Worked fine with FF10.0.2 under Ubuntu 32 Bit under VirtualBox

So the next question (if bb, please replace ".....": by details)

b) Where does the problem appear
ba) after clicking the link on <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport>
    the error message is the next you see
bb) Bugzilla-Assistant starts, but later in the bug report process after .....
    the message appears

Did you already try a FF mailing list or newsgroup? I sill believe that that
way will lead to a result much faster.
