3) What is expected to happen in LibreOffice Calc is in a blank document if one
places in D7:

=IF(D13=0;1;EXP(-delta^D13))

only the first D13 left to right is highlighted, while the second D13 is either
the same color or not highlighted at all as in Excel screenshot

4) What happens instead is the first D13 is blue while the second is red as
shown in the screenshot
