LibreOffice Help (F1) does not appear


Steps to reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice
2. "Bar menu->Help->Help LibreOffice" or press F1 

Current behavior:
The help menu does not appear LibreOffice

Platform:
"LibreOffice 3.5.2 - Debian 6.0.4 i386 English UI"
