Reproduced in 3.3.4 and 3.5.2 on Fedora 64 bit 

Workaround during creating of resentation: cut text from field "Footer text"
and paste to field "Date and time->Fixed".

Opening files ppt/pptx/odp form other offices not tested yet

Changing version to 3.3.4 as most early reproducible
