Both appear to be bogus.
The first one is complaining about the PDF/A ID being "A" (i.e. PDF/A-1a)
instead of the expected "B" (i.e. PDF/A-1b) - due to the validator not
supporting PDF/A-1a.
The second one looks like an internal error of the validator. Indeed, I
re-uploaded your PDF to the 2nd validator site, and got back that it's valid
PDF/A-1a.
